IC CHARACTERISTICS:
•CURRENT CANON POINT: The end of her story, making deals and waiting for revenge
•PHYSICAL DESCRIPTION: A beautiful woman with dark hair and dark eyes and golden brown skin on her arms and face, fading into a long, slick, black eel's tail from her torso downward. She smells like the sea. She's as graceful as an eel on land can possibly be, and when she's in the water or two-legged on land, she is more graceful still.
•DEMEANOR: Standoffish and mistrustful, probably hostile throughout her early stay on the Barge unless given a reason not to be, incredulous when anyone is kind without it gaining them anything. But she does love music, and that might lure her in a little.
•ABILITIES: Ulla is a talented and creative singer, and a very powerful magic user. She can sing living things into being, transform between her usual shape and human, and once sang a storm magic so powerful that she sank a city into the sea. Has healing magic.
•MEDICAL INFORMATION: Half eel? Has gills. Can breathe above or below the water.
•CABIN INFORMATION: A curtain of damp dangling kelp fills a doorway of stone.
Stepping through the doorway would send you plunging into cold water. The cabin is wall to wall seawater with a few rocks protruding from the surface. Underneath the waves is a grotto where Ulla lives, gray stone walls carved by song into a sleeping alcove, shelves, a living area. She's collected a few pretty things there, working pearl and abalone shell in mosaics on some of the walls.
•OFFENSIVE SUBJECTS: Ulla is annoyed with everything right now but not offended by much besides betrayal and the forgiveness thereof. Any implication she ought to try forgiving the people who hurt her will go over poorly.
